Your Mission:

ProspectBase eagerly seeks a Product Manager who shares our passion for data-driven lead generation solutions powered by technology. This role will play a critical part in expanding our ProspectBase business, focusing on building out lead generation solutions with a strong emphasis on data, email validation, and artificial intelligence (AI). What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with the SVP Product Management and cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for lead generation solutions.

• Gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product strategy and development priorities.

• Work with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications for data-driven lead generation solutions.

• Drive the execution of product development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Act as a subject matter expert on data, email validation, and AI technologies, providing guidance and expertise to internal teams and clients.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support the successful launch of new products and features.

• Continuously monitor market and competitive landscape, staying informed about emerging trends and opportunities in data-driven lead generation.

• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment on product initiatives.

Your Profile/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B technology solutions.

• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, preferably in the data-driven marketing space.

• Strong understanding of data analytics, email validation, and AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for driving data-informed decision-making.

• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer value.

• Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
